We recently completed an acrylic exterior sign for Deadtime Stories located in REO Town. This was our first time making a sign with laser cut acrylic panels and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
After designing the sign in Adobe Illustrator we cut the matte black backer and gold letters out of sheets of cast acrylic using our Epilog Legend laser.
Once the letters and log were cut on the laser we used an epoxy adhesive to attach them to the backer.
To attach the sign to the building we designed and fabricated this bracket out of steel steel plate and tubing. We had them powder coated black and gold to match the theme.
