Two Spectacular monument signs have been installed at the parking lot entrance for Terra Vista. The Terra Vista signs promise to become an iconic monument in Bath township with its Custom Metal fabricated topper, personalized halo-lit channel letters, illuminated cabinet, and concrete foundation. Terra Vista is conveniently located at the corner of Saginaw St. and Old M-78 just off the I-69 interchange and hosts Flora (the first cannabis dispensary in Clinton County), Barry’s Bagels, and East Lansing Storage which have all recently opened their doors for business. The Terra Vista signs stand at 8 foot and 10 foot tall respectively, and is an inviting addition to the new complex.
